Ben holds the Head of Insurance role at The Advice Hub. With six years experience in personal insurance and over two years of mortgage experience, Ben applies a wealth of knowledge and understanding to achieve the best possible outcome for his client. At the same time, he is actively growing a team of insurance advisers.

Professional experience

Over his professional career, Ben has run his own business – doing iPhone repairs – and has worked with one of NZ’s largest independent financial adviser firms. His combined experience has given him the ability to problem-solve tricky situations and help clients get the best possible insurance available on the market.

Ben specialises in personal insurance for employed and self-employed clients, as well as working directly with corporates to install tailored insurance plans for their business. He understands insurance like the back of his hand and knows how to secure the most for your insurance needs.

His aim is to analyse your insurance requirements and recommend a strategy that matches your situation moving forward.  His aim is to help New Zealanders understand their insurance and have a positive relationship with their insurance company.

Ben is a keen squash player and has represented his club at a national level for his grade. He also coaches juniors, sharing his years of expertise. Ben also enjoys the outdoors and likes to go fishing in the weekends with his wife Keely.
