Keith Ward joined the real estate industry in 2008, just post the GFC crisis. Prior to that he had owned over 30 companies across diverse industries for more than 25 years whilst living in Cambridge.
He became a Registered Financial Adviser in 2018 whilst CEO of a major Property Investment company and has spent the past 12 months gaining his full Financial Advisers qualifications under the new Act that came into effect in March 2021. He specialises in Investments, an area in which he personally has 40 years’ experience.
Keith has wealth of business and charitable fundraising experience and gained his full Level 5 Real Estate Agents qualification in 2016 and is an Independent Real Estate Licensee.
In this role, Keith focuses on finding out what his clients wish to achieve, then uses his wealth of extensive personal experience and the tools and strategies available from The Advice Hub to formulate a financial plan that will assist them in achieving their goals.
He was one of three co-founders of the NZ Breakers basketball team in 2003 and Inaugural Chairman of Waikato Football Club, a national league soccer team based in Hamilton.
